SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2025 : The State Bank of India (SBI) has released an important recruitment notification for Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) for the 2025–26 season. This recruitment is being conducted on a regular basis, meaning selected candidates will receive a permanent appointment.
The bank has invited applications for a total of 10 positions through advertisement number CRPD/SCO/2025-26/16.

- Manager (Model Risk Management): 5 positions
- Deputy Manager (Model Risk Management): 5 positions
Both roles are related to the bank’s model risk management, involving key tasks such as data analysis, model development, and technical evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit –
| Manager | 28–40 years |
| Deputy Manager | 25–35 years |
Age will be calculated as of November 1, 2025. Reserved categories will receive relaxation as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics OR BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/Data Science/Software Engineering)
Desirable Qualifications: MBA, PGDM, PGDBA, PGDBM
International certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA, CQF will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
| Manager | Minimum 5 years of experience (3 years in R/Python required) |
| Deputy Manager | Minimum 3 years of experience (2 years in R/Python required) |
Candidates should have a strong understanding of statistical modeling, data handling, and risk analysis.
Pay Scale and Benefits
| Manager (MMGS-III ) | ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 |
| Deputy Manager (MMGS-II) | ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 |

Selection Process
There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be as follows:
