Naresh Meena Latest News : Naresh Meena filed his nomination on Tuesday as an independent candidate for the by-election to the Anta assembly seat in Baran district. Hundreds of supporters, his parents, his wife, and children were present with him on the occasion. Along with his family, Naresh Meena prostrated before the people of Anta, saying, “The people of Anta should consider this prostration as a prostration at their feet and bless me.”
Naresh Meena’s Nomination and the Path of Struggle
Naresh Meena arrived at the Anta SDM office at 12 noon and submitted his nomination papers to Returning Officer Hawa Singh at 12:10 pm. After filing his nomination, Naresh Meena strongly criticized Congress candidate and former minister Pramod Jain Bhaya. He alleged that the people of Anta gave Pramod Jain Bhaya the opportunity to remain in power twice, but he indulged in corruption while in power. Even when in the opposition, he did not fight for public issues.
Naresh Meena will continue his struggle for farmers and the public
Naresh Meena raised the issues of farmers and the general public from his election platform. He explained that when he surrounded the Collectorate in 2023, farmers did not have to wait in line for fertilizer, but the same problems persist. He also strongly criticized illegal gravel mining and its high prices. Naresh Meena said,
“I will crack down on those gravel contractors and provide gravel to the people of Anta at affordable and fair prices.”
Naresh Meena’s Family and Background
Naresh Meena was born in 1979 in Naya village, Atru tehsil, Baran district. His father, Kalyan Singh, and mother, Prem Devi, served as village sarpanchs. Naresh’s wife, Sunita Meena, has served as a member of the Zila Parishad, while his brother’s wife has been a Panchayat Samiti member.
Naresh Meena promised the people of Anta that he will always stand for the issues of farmers, laborers, and villagers and his struggle will continue.
