Correction Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2025

At Mission Ki Awaaz, our commitment to truth and journalistic integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that errors may occasionally occur, and when they do, we believe in correcting them transparently and promptly.

1. Our Commitment to Accuracy

We aim to ensure that every piece of content published on Mission Ki Awaaz is thoroughly verified, clearly presented, and factually accurate. Despite rigorous editorial processes, mistakes can happen, and we see corrections not as a flaw, but as part of our accountability to the public.

2. Types of Corrections We Make

a. Factual Corrections

Corrections to clear, verifiable errors — such as incorrect statistics, names, dates, or misquotations — will be clearly noted and promptly amended.

b. Clarifications

If a report may cause misunderstanding due to lack of context, we may add a clarification to improve accuracy and reader understanding.

c. Story Updates

In the case of developing stories, we will update the content as new information becomes available. These updates will be timestamped for transparency.

d. Minor Edits

Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical issues that do not alter the article’s meaning may be fixed silently without a formal correction notice.

3. How We Make Corrections

  • Visible Correction Notices: When applicable, we include a note at the bottom of the article explaining the change made and the reason for it.
  • Revisions: For major corrections or retractions, we may issue a separate editorial note or publish a follow-up.

4. How to Report an Error

We value reader input and encourage you to report potential errors in our articles. If you notice any inaccuracy, please email us with the article title, URL, and a description of the issue:

📧 Email: corrections@missionkiawaaz.com

We aim to respond and act on correction requests within 48 hours.

5. Editorial Discretion

Final decisions about corrections or clarifications rest with the editorial leadership team. All reported errors are reviewed thoroughly before a correction is issued.

6. Our Promise

At Mission Ki Awaaz, we treat transparency and trust as our foundation. Corrections are not only welcome but vital to maintaining the public’s confidence in our journalism.
